The Company announces that it was notified of the following transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities.

On 18 June 2020, Mark Davies exercised 61,044 nil cost share options which were granted in May 2018 under the NewRiver REIT plc Deferred Bonus Plan 2016. 28,793 shares were sold in order to cover the associated tax liability. Mark has retained the balance of 32,251 shares which increases his shareholding to 275,838.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation. The notification of dealing forms can be found below.
