Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated with them
DLG has been notified of the below transactions by Mr Jonathan Greenwood, Managing Director - Commercial and his spouse Mrs Teresa Greenwood. Following these transactions, the total combined number of shares held by Mr and Mrs Greenwood has not changed. The purpose of the transactions was to effect a transfer of shares to their respective ISA accounts and a transfer of 3,870 shares from Mr Greenwood to Mrs Greenwood.
