Admission of New Shares to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange

MetalNRG (LON:MNRG), the natural resource investing and exploration company, announces that, further to its announcement on 12 June 2020 of the issue of 5,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the capital of the Company (the "New Shares"), admission of the New Shares is now expected to occur on 24 June 2020.
