Director/PDMR Shareholding

London: Informa PLC ("the Company"), the International Exhibitions, Events, Information Services and Advanced Learning Group, has been notified that on 17 June 2020, Stephen A. Carter, Group Chief Executive, and Gareth Wright, Group Finance Director, purchased ordinary shares in the Company ("Partnership Shares") under the Company's ShareMatch Plan, and were awarded Marching Shares as follows:

Under the terms of ShareMatch, one Matching Share is awarded for every Partnership Share purchased.
