SFO INVESTIGATION CLOSURE
De La Rue plc (LSE: DLAR) ("De La Rue", the "Group" or the "Company") announces that it has been informed by the Serious Fraud Office ("SFO"), that the SFO has decided to discontinue its investigation into the Group and its associated persons. The SFO investigation was first announced on 23 July 2019.
De La Rue is pleased that the SFO has closed its investigation and that the SFO is taking no further action in respect of this matter.
