Notification of transaction by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and connected persons

The Company announces the following transactions in respect of Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

·    Jonathan Murphy has sold 17,794 Ordinary Shares at 79.61p and acquired 17,794 Ordinary Shares at 79.67p into his SIPP

·    Jayne Cottam has acquired 25,000 Ordinary Shares at 79.65p into her ISA, 8,660 Ordinary Shares at 79.65p and 43,811 Ordinary Shares at 79.887p into her SIPP.

Following the transactions, the total beneficial interest of Jonathan Murphy and his connected persons in the Ordinary Shares is 2,159,393 and the total beneficial interest of Jayne Cottam and her connected persons in the Ordinary Shares is 171,735.
