Filing of the Teleperformance 2013 Registration Document including the 2013 financial report

PARIS, MARCH 3, 2014 - Teleperformance announces that it filed its 2013 Registration Document (Document de référence) with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on February 28, 2014 under the number D.14-0102.

The 2013 Registration Document includes:

• The 2013 financial report;
• The report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on the conditions for preparing and organizing the Board's activities and the internal control procedures;
• Details of the fees paid to the statutory auditors;
• The description of the share repurchase program.

The French version of the Registration Document is available on the website of the AMF and on the website of Teleperformance at the following address: www.teleperformance.com under the section "Investor Relations / Documentation / Annual Report and Registration Document".

The English translation of the Registration document will be made available on the Company's website on March 10, 2014 at the latest.
