Annual Report & Notice of AGM

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2020, and the notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 7 July 2020, has been sent to shareholders. 

The 2020 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are available on the Assura plc website at http://assuraplc.com/investor-relations/reports-and-presentations/ 

In light of the UK Government's response to the COVID-19 outbreak, and to ensure the health and safety of our Shareholders, Directors, employees and other stakeholders, the AGM is to be held at 11:00am on 7 July 2020 at the private residence of the Chairman and will address only the formal matters contained in the Notice of Annual General Meeting.

Shareholders are invited to submit questions in advance of the AGM to investor@assura.co.uk and answers to the questions raised, along with the results of the AGM, will be posted on the Company's website www.assuraplc.com.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of these documents have also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
