Director/PDMR Transaction - Initial Notification

The Company announces that:

a)   Mo Tagari, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has purchased 5,229 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) via his AJ Bell Youinvest Self Invested Personal Pension for £3.80396 per Ordinary Share; and

b)   Amber Tagari, a person closely associated (PCA) with Mo Tagari, has purchased 2,602 Ordinary Shares via her AJ Bell Youinvest Individual Savings Account for £3.82 per Ordinary.

Both the above transactions took place on 27 May 2020.

Following the above transactions the number of Ordinary Shares in which Mo Tagari has an interest increased to 15,800 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.004% of the issued share capital.

This announcement, including the notification below, is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
