Change of total number of voting rights and capital according to article 135 section 1 BörseG
Wien (pta018/28.02.2019/09:30) - Pursuant to Section 135 (1) of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, Wienerberger AG gives notice that the total number of voting rights for Wienerberger AG amounts to 116,351,496 and the total share capital of Wienerberger AG amounts to EUR 116,351,496 as at the end of February 2019.
The change in the total number of voting rights and in the share capital entailed by the redemption of a total of 1,175,268 own shares became effective as at February 18, 2019.
Wienerberger is the world's largest producer of bricks (Porotherm, Terca) and the market leader in clay roof tiles (Koramic, Tondach) in Europe as well as concrete pavers (Semmelrock) in Central and Eastern Europe. In pipe systems (Steinzeug-Keramo ceramic pipes and Pipelife plastic pipes), the company is one of the leading suppliers in Europe.
