Publication of 2013 Registration Document

Neuilly-sur-Seine, March 31, 2014

Bureau Veritas has submitted on March 28, 2014 its 2013 Registration Document (« Document de référence 2013 ») with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers.

The document is available to the public in accordance with the provisions of regulations currently in force.

The Registration document includes notably:

• the 2013 Financial Annual Report;
• the Chairman's report on internal control procedures and on corporate governance and the related statutory auditors' reports;
• the information related to the fees paid to statutory auditors for the financial year 2013;
• a description of the shares buyback program.
