Geneva – April 7, 2014 – STMicroelectronics (NYSE: STM), a global semiconductor leader serving customers across the spectrum of electronics applications, announced that it will release first quarter 2014 earnings after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Monday, April 28, 2014.

The management of STMicroelectronics will conduct a conference call on April 29, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time / 3:00 p.m. CET, to discuss performance for the first quarter of 2014.
The conference call will be available via the Internet by accessing the following Web address: http://investors.st.com. Those accessing the webcast should go to the Web site at least 15 minutes prior to the call, in order to register, download and install any necessary audio software. The webcast will be available until May 9, 2014.
