Total Voting Rights

As at 31 December 2025, the Company's share capital consisted of 410,375,045 ordinary shares of 1.5625p, of which 57,868,858 ordinary shares were held in treasury. Shares held in treasury have no voting rights.

On a poll, members have one vote for every share held. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 352,506,187. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
