Post Placing Director Shareholding Update

London: Informa PLC ("Informa" or "the Company"), the International Exhibitions, Events, Information Services and Advanced Learning Group, confirms that, following shareholder support for the proportionate participation of the Executive and Non-Executive Directors in the equity placing of 16 April 2020, the PLC Board Directors committed to purchase 80,398 shares in total, representing 0.03% of the placing.

Like other shareholders, the shares were issued in two tranches. As previously disclosed, 40,199 shares were issued on 20 April 2020. Following the General Meeting on 4 May 2020, the Directors' second tranche of 40,199 shares were issued on 5 May 2020, as detailed below. Both tranches were issued at the market-determined placing price of 400p per share.
