["Company", "JSW"] informs that onJanuary 2, 2026, the Company received the decision of the District Courtin Gliwice, 10th Commercial Division of the National Court Register onthe registration of the amendments to the Company's Articles ofAssociation on registration on December 31,2025.The amendments to the Company's Articles of Association were adopted byResolution no. 5 of the Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting of JSW ofDecember 8, 2025.

The Company providesthe text of the amended provisions of the Articles of Association andthe consolidated text of the Articles of Association of JSW in theattachment to this report.
