Listing application and total voting rights

London: Informa PLC ("Informa" or "the Company"), the International Exhibitions, Events, Information Services and Advanced Learning Group, has today made an application to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 7,108 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the main market for listed securities. It is expected that Admission will become effective on or before 8.00am on 6 May 2020.

As announced on 26 March 2020, these ordinary shares will be issued to the Non-Executive Directors of the Company in lieu of fees.  When issued, the shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares.

Following Admission, the total number of shares in issue in Informa will be 1,502,123,642. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury and, therefore, following Admission, the number of voting shares in issue in Informa will be 1,502,123,642. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
