With reference to Current Report No. 42/2025 on the preliminary outcomeof the capacity market auction for 2030, the Management Board of EneaS.A. ("Company") hereby reports that on 2 January 2026 the Company wasinformed of the announcement, by the President of the Energy RegulatoryOffice, of the final outcome of the main capacity market auction for2030.

The main auction was wrapped up with a closing price of PLN 465.02 perkW per year. Enea Group companies contracted 661 MW of capacityobligations for existing units under one-year and multi-year contracts.More than 600 MW of contracted capacity obligations pertain to units 5,7 and 9 at the Połaniec Power Plant, including units 5 and 7 underfive-year contracts and unit 9 under a seven-year contract.

Accordingly, the Company estimates that revenue from the capacity marketwill amount to an annual average of approximately PLN 307 million. Inturn, the total estimated revenue of the Enea Group for 2030 from thecapacity market, taking into account its previously contracted capacityobligations, will amount to approximately PLN 1,608 million.
