The Board announces that Aurora Investment Trust plc (the "Company") has contracted to issue from its block listing facility on 7 May 2020 93,288 new ordinary shares of 25 pence at a price of £1.5746 per share.
Following this issue the Company's issued share capital consists of 73,223,127 ordinary shares and the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 73,223,127.
The above figure 73,223,127 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
