In conformity with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 30 April 2020, the Company's issued share capital consists of 421,038,215 ordinary shares of 40.7p each.
As at 30 April 2020, the Company holds 8,443 shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Pennon Group plc is 421,029,772, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Pennon Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
