In accordance with paragraphs 9.2.6E (disclosure of rights attached to equity shares) and 14.3.11A (disclosure of rights attached to shares) of the Listing Rules, the Company has uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism (NSM) a copy of its Articles of Association, which set out the principal rights and restrictions attached to its Ordinary shares, 5.5% Cumulative First Preference shares and 5.0% Cumulative Second Preference shares.
