OMV Petrom S.A. announces its shareholders and investors that the OMV Petrom Group's consolidated unaudited results for January - March 2020 prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards will be available on the website www.omvpetrom.com, at Bucharest Stock Exchange (SNP symbol) and at London Stock Exchange (PETB and PETR symbols) starting with April 29, 2020, 8:00 am (Bucharest time), simultaneously with the publishing of the OMV's (majority shareholder) results on the Vienna Stock Exchange and on the website www.omv.com .
