MITON UK MICROCAP TRUST PLC (the "Company")

CHANGE OF AIFM

The Directors of the Company wish to announce that Premier Portfolio Managers Limited, whose registered office is at Eastgate Court, High Street, Guildford, Surrey GU1 3DE has replaced Miton Trust Managers Limited as AIFM to the Fund.  The AIFM is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

The change of AIFM follows to the merger of Premier Asset Management Group plc and Miton Group plc in November 2019 and is effective from 24 April 2020, pursuant to the novation of the existing investment management agreement whereby the AIFM will act under the same terms and conditions as the previous AIFM acted. Gervais Williams and Martin Turner will continue to be the portfolio managers to the Company.
