Correction to ESEF file attachment in Nordea's annual reporting package 2024

Nordea published its Annual Report 2024 on 24 February 2025 in accordance with
the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) in Swedish. As disclosed on 24
February 2025, authorised public accountants PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy have
provided an independent auditor's reasonable assurance report on Nordea's ESEF
Financial Statements. Because of a technical error, the assurance report was not
included in the published ESEF file. The corrected ESEF attachment is available
at nordea.com and also attached to this release.
