Post Placing Director Shareholding Update

London: Informa PLC ("Informa" or "the Company"), the International Exhibitions, Events, Information Services and Advanced Learning Group, confirms that, following shareholder support for the proportionate participation of the Executive and Non-Executive Directors in the equity placing of 16 April 2020, the PLC Board Directors committed to purchase 80,398 shares in total, representing 0.03% of the placing.

The Directors combined proportionate participation includes the purchase of 40,199 shares issued on 20 April 2020, as detailed below. The other 40,199 shares will be issued and purchased after the General Meeting on 4 May 2020, subject to shareholder approval, with both tranches issued at the market-determined placing price of 400p per share.
