Ecofin Global Utilities and Infrastructure Trust plc ("the Company")

Dividend Declaration 

The Company announces that the Directors have today declared an Interim Dividend for the year ended 30 September, 2020 in an amount of 1.65p per Ordinary Share. 

The Board, following discussions with our Investment Manager, has decided to maintain the Company's quarterly dividend at 1.65p per Ordinary share. In doing so, we have weighed the resilience and outlook of the companies in which we are invested against an expected near term reduction in our portfolio income.

The Interim Dividend will be payable on Friday, 29 May, 2020 to holders of Ordinary Shares on the Register at the close of business on Friday, 1 May, 2020 (ex-dividend Thursday, 30 April, 2020).

The Board will consider each subsequent dividend in light of further developments as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Our ambition is to resume progress towards increasing dividend cover when circumstances allow.
