Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Bridgepoint announces that its total issued share capital as at the close of business on 31 December 2025 comprised:

·	849,336,269 ordinary shares of £0.00005 each with voting rights; and
·	500 deferred shares of £81 each, 1 deferred share of £1, and 1 deferred share of £0.01, each with no voting rights.

Bridgepoint holds no shares in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 849,336,269, and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Bridgepoint under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
