Application for block listing
Drax Group plc (Drax) announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the block listing of 700,000 ordinary shares of 1116/29 pence each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to the Official List and to be traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
These shares will be issued in connection with the Drax Group plc Performance Share Plan. They will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue.
Admission is expected to be effective on 16 April 2020.
