BOARD CHANGES

RM announces that Andy Blundell comes to the end of his term as a Non-Executive Director on 24 May 2020 and will be retiring from the Board at that time. During his tenure, the company of which he is CEO, Communisis, has been acquired by private equity interests and he wishes to focus there and on related opportunities.

The Board would like to thank him for his positive contributions to RM during that time.
