Director/PDMR/PCA Transaction - Initial Notification

The Company announces that it was notified on 2 April 2020, that:

a)   Fergus Lyons, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 7,133 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of £2.805 per Ordinary Share and then repurchased into his Individual Savings Account (ISA) the same number of 7,133 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.805 per Ordinary Share; and

b)   Caroline Lyons, a person closely associated (PCA) with Fergus Lyons, has in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 7,133 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.805 per Ordinary Share and then repurchased, into her ISA, the same number of 7,133 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.805 per Ordinary Share.

The above transactions all took place on 2 April 2020.

Following the transactions, there has been no change in the number of shares in which Fergus Lyons has an interest.

This announcement, including the notification below, is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
