Appointment of Interim Chief Financial Officer

Domino's Pizza Group Plc ("Domino's" or "the Group") today announces the appointment of Neil Smith as Interim Chief Financial Officer with effect from 15 April 2020.

Neil is a highly experienced CFO, most recently having served as CFO of Ei Group plc (formerly Enterprise Inns) from 2011 until its recent takeover by Stonegate Pub Company. He has also served in senior finance roles in Compass Group, Virgin Media and Telewest.

Neil's appointment follows the tragic death of the Group's previous CFO David Bauernfeind in December 2019. As an interim appointment, Neil will not be joining the board.
