Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company announces that on 26 March 2020, Michael Krefta, PDMR, exercised nil-cost options under the Performance Share Plan to acquire 19,767 Ordinary Shares of 6.5p each ("Shares").  

The Company also announces that Anne MacDonald and Colin Keogh, both Independent Non-Executive Directors, have elected to use all of their board fees to purchase Shares in the Company. On 30 March 2020, pursuant to the pre-determined election, the Company arranged for the purchase of 2,980 and 3,333 Shares respectively on behalf of Ms MacDonald and Mr Keogh.  The Shares were purchased at the same price of £9.077 per Share

The above transactions were executed in GBP.

The notifications are made in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU 596/2014) are set out below.
