Total Voting Rights

In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company confirms that its capital consists of 53,027,638 ordinary shares of 10 pence each with voting rights (the "Shares") as at 31 March 2020. No shares are held in Treasury.

Shareholders may use the 53,027,638 Shares as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
