Alstom indique que son conseil d'administration se réunira d'ici au lundi 23 juin afin de statuer sur l'offre actualisée de General Electric et la proposition de Siemens et Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. D'ici là, Alstom n'a pas l'intention de communiquer plus avant sur le processus en cours.
The Board of Directors of Alstom will be convened no later than Monday, June 23, to review and resolve upon the updated offer of General Electric and the proposal of Siemens and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. In the meantime, Alstom does not intend to communicate further on the ongoing process.
