EVRAZ plc (or "the Company") reports that on 30 March 2020 Mr. Nikolay Ivanov, a person discharging managerial responsibility in EVRAZ plc, under the Company's Dividend re-investment Plan, has received the 32,068 EVRAZ plc Ordinary Shares. The exercise price per share was £2.369032.
