Jason Shipstone and Paul Sheffield, each a PDMR, have today notified the Company that they have purchased ordinary shares in the Company.

Jason Shipstone has notified the Company that on 30 March 2020 he purchased 34,190 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 145.15 pence per share. Following the transaction, Jason Shipstone's total shareholding in the Company is 54,708 shares.

Paul Sheffield has notified the Company that on 30 March 2020 he purchased an aggregate of 13,268 ordinary shares in the Company, being 6,500 ordinary shares at a price of 146.1475 pence per share, and 6,768 shares at a price of 146.833 pence per share. Following the transaction, Paul Sheffield's total shareholding in the Company is 13,268 shares.
