The Company has today posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019, together with the Notice of the 2020 Annual General Meeting ('AGM'). The AGM is scheduled to be held at 3.00pm on Thursday 21 May 2020 at The Zig Zag Building, 70 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6SQ.
