Ocado Group plc (the "Company") announces that Duncan Tatton-Brown, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has on 23 March 2020 exercised 9,923 options to purchase Ocado ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Shares"), originally granted to him on 12 August 2013 under the 2001 Ocado Executive Share Option Scheme ("ESOS"). Of these, 2,369 shares have been sold to pay for the costs of exercise. The remaining shares were retained by Duncan Tatton-Brown.
