The Company announces that it was informed today by Mrs Susannah Nicklin, who will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director on 9 September, 2020, that she has bought 816 shares at a price of 120p per share on 24 March, 2020.

Following this transaction, Mrs Nicklin owns 3,821 shares, representing 0.004% of the issued share capital of the Company.
