Issue of Shares

The Board announces that Aurora Investment Trust plc (the "Company") has contracted to issue from its block listing facility on 19 March 2020 725,000 new ordinary shares of 25 pence at a price of £1.4005 per share.

Following this issue the Company's issued share capital consists of 68,064,267 ordinary shares and the total number of shares with voting rights in the Company is 68,064,267.

The above figure 68,064,267 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. For the purposes of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules the Company's Home Member State is the United Kingdom.
