Aéroports de Paris Proposal for the designation of the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer to the President of the French Republic

On 15 July 2014, the Board of Directors of Aéroports de Paris proposed to the President of the French Republic, according to article 14 of the Company articles of association, the designation of Mr. Augustin de Romanet de Beaune as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Aéroports de Paris.
