Direct Line Insurance Group plc (the "Company") has, today, published its Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 ("Annual Report") on the Company's website at https://www.directlinegroup.co.uk.

A copy of the Annual Report will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

The Annual Report, together with the 2020 Notice of Annual General Meeting will be sent to shareholders in due course.
