M&G plc announces that John Foley, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each on 16 March 2020, Jonathan Daniels, Chief Investment Officer purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each on 16 March 2020 and Clive Adamson, Non-Executive Director, purchased 4,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each on 16 March 2020.
