Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Kurumsal Yönetim Tebliği'nde (II-17.1) yer alan Kurumsal Yönetim İlkelerinden 4.2.8. maddesine uygun olarak, hâkim hissedarımız TFI TAB Gıda Yatırımları A.Ş. ve poliçe şartları dahilinde bağlı ortaklıklarını kapsayacak şekilde 01.01.2027 tarihine kadar geçerli Şirketimiz sermayesinin %25'ini aşan bir bedel ile yönetici sorumluluk sigortası yenilenmiş olup, Şirketimiz de bu poliçe hükümlerinden faydalanmaktadır.

In accordance with Article 4.2.8. of the Corporate Governance Principles in the Corporate Governance Communiqué (II-17.1) of the Capital Markets Board, the directors' and officers' liability insurance covering our controlling shareholder TFI TAB Gıda Yatırımları A.Ş. (TFI TAB Food Investments) and its subsidiaries under the terms of the policy, valid until 01.01.2027, has been renewed with a coverage exceeding 25% of our Company's capital, and our Company also benefits from the provisions of this policy.
