Inchcape plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence from J.P. Morgan Securities plc as part of the buyback programme announced on 28 February 2020.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

Since 28 February 2020 the Company has purchased 3,286,646 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of £18,109,729.92.
