PRESS RELEASE
Turin, 31 December 2025 – Juventus Football Club S.p.A. ("Juventus" or the "Company"), in connection with the proceeding pursuant to art. 187-septies of Legislative Decree No. 58/1998 and art. 15 of Regulation (EU) 2014/596, initiated by Consob against the Company and certain former directors and managers ("former Executives") and a currently serving manager, informs that Consob has concluded the proceeding and, in accordance with the sanction proposals submitted by the Administrative Sanction Department (SSA), has imposed - on the Company - an administrative pecuniary sanction of Euro 190,000 (reduced from the initial sanction proposal by the SSA of Euro 200,000) and - against the former Executives - administrative pecuniary sanction totalling Euro 310,000 (reduced from the initial sanction proposal by the SSA of Euro 840,000), in addition to certain ancillary sanctions (likewise reduced from the initial sanction proposal by the SSA). It is recalled that Juventus is jointly and severally liable with the former Executives for the payment of the administrative pecuniary sanctions.
No sanction has been imposed on the currently serving manager of the Company.
The decision may be appealed within 30 days before the competent Court of Appeal; the Company will evaluate the appeal following the necessary review of the decision.
