INDIVIOR PLC (THE 'COMPANY')

NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMR') AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM

The Company announces that on March 13, 2020, Conditional Awards ('Awards') over Ordinary Shares of $0.10 each ('Shares') were granted to the Executive Directors set out below under the Indivior Deferred Bonus Plan 2018 (the 'DBP').

Awards granted under the DBP represent the deferral of 25% of the gross bonus earned under the Indivior 2019 Annual Incentive Plan.  The Awards will normally vest on the second anniversary of the Award date and are subject to continued employment. No consideration is payable either on the grant or vesting of the Awards.
