In the period from March 4 - 6, 2020, S&T AG acquired a total of 46,403 shares under the share buyback ('Share buyback program I 2020') announced on February 28, 2020 in accordance with Art. 2 Para. 2 of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
