KONČAR Inc., as an issuer whose securities are listed on the Official Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, hereby informs that on December 31, 2025, the Commercial Court in Zagreb issued decisions No. Tt-25/71794-2 and Tt-25/71797-2, on the basis of which the merger of the company INK PROJEKT Ltd., as the merged company will be carried out with KONČAR Inc., as the acquiring company.

The Merger Agreement was published on the Issuer's website on November 7, 2025, when the notice of the conclusion of the Agreement was also published.
