KONČAR Inc., as an issuer whose securities are listed on the Official Market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, informs that on December 31, 2025, the Commercial Court in Zagreb issued decisions No. Tt-25/70286-2 and Tt-25/70287-2, on the basis of which the status change of the merger of the company DALEKOVOD MK Ltd., as merged company, to KONČAR - Metal Structures Ltd., as the acquiring company, will be carried out.
