("ORLEN", "Company") on 31 December 2025 informed Grupa Azoty S.A. that it maintains the conditions of the non-binding offer ("Offer") to buy all shares of Grupa Azoty Polyolefins S.A. ("GAP") and extends the validity of the Offer by 31 March 2026. ORLEN made the Offer to Grupa Azoty S.A. on 15 October 2025.
